by courier instead of me hiring a shipping agent and clearing customs in another state. after that he has been checking something and now it is almost April 2021 with no info. I have asked him for a refund and have got no response. I am out rs.23,180.

After many attempts to connect, there is no response from the seller.

1. Seller didn't dispatch as per agreed timeline. 2. Didn't not send through agreed courier. 3. Rude and unprofessional behavior. 4. Blaming customer for seller's incompetence. 5. Not true to word, not to be trusted.

Request was for Olympic Plates, what I got are nothing close. The diameter of the plates make them unusable for some lifts. The powder coating is not smooth and is chipped. Seller was not clear or honest about product, I feel completely cheated.
